Deposit Requirement

A 25% deposit is required upon scheduling any service through our website. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours after the service has been reserved. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Scheduled

  • If you need to cancel your service, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Service

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

  • However, you may reschedule the service to a more convenient date without losing your deposit. The rescheduled service must be within 30 days of the original service date, subject to availability.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your service, please contact our customer support team at support@masterprocleaningservice.com or call us at 915-642-9324. Please provide your reservation details and the reason for the cancellation or request for rescheduling.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used when scheduling the service.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website. Please review this policy periodically for any updates.
